Ed Lynch is part of IBM’s general management with direct P&L responsibility for portfolio of enterprise middleware offerings at IBM. Capabilities within the portfolio include: Robotic Process Automation, Business Process Management, Decision Management, Advanced Case Management, Process Mining, Content Services, Content Capture, Business Monitoring & Analytics, and Low Code Authoring. This portfolio drives over $1B of IBM revenue. Ed leads the work of over 900 engineers, located in over ten laboratories worldwide who innovate, create, and support the software offerings. His responsibilities include market execution, product management, and design.
