Ecaterina Harling

Ecaterina Harling is Director and Head of Transformation and Design at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where she leads enterprise-wide transformation programmes that shape the Bank’s future operating model. Working closely with the Executive Committee and senior leadership, she oversees a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning digital transformation, organisational design, business process improvement, ERP and CRM modernisation, and technology-enabled change, managing programmes valued at more than €200 million.

With extensive experience in transformation, change leadership, and digital innovation across financial services and the public sector, Ecaterina is passionate about helping organisations simplify complexity, accelerate change, and deliver meaningful business outcomes. A qualified executive coach, she is recognised for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to building high-performing, diverse teams. She has been recognised in the Computing Top 50 Women in Tech and Computing 100 Leaders lists and serves on several industry advisory boards, championing innovation, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
