Franny is a distinguished professional who has made significant contributions to the tech industry during her career with leading companies including IBM and Salesforce. With over 25+ years of experience, numerous ML patents and publications, Franny has established herself as a thought leader in the field of artificial intelligence and data science. She has dedicated most of her career designing and developing AI solutions as well as advising customers on their AI strategy and digital transformation journeys.
In her previous role as EMEA Leader for AI Architects at Salesforce, Franny guided C-suite executives across EMEA in shaping future-ready AI strategies that embed intelligence as the fabric of their enterprise, powering re-imagined and transformed customer and employee experiences through strategic AI integration. Prior to joining Salesforce, Franny was Chief Technical Strategist/CTO for AI at IBM Watson Health.
