
Douglas Ng is the AI Enablement Officer in Keystone’s Global Strategic Advisory Practice. He brings a background in AI transformation, digital strategy, and product innovation, with a focus on helping organizations translate emerging technologies into scalable, real-world impact.
Prior to joining Keystone, Douglas was the Head of AI-Scaled Products, Chief of Staff, and Instructor at the Digital Data Design Institute at Harvard (now the HBS AI Institute). In these roles, he helped translate cutting-edge AI research into practical applications for business leaders. He led the development of Harvard Business School’s first AI-native learning product portfolio, building products and partnerships that enabled enterprises, governments, and institutions to adopt Generative and Agentic AI at scale.
He continues to serve as a Senior Instructor, Executive Activation at the HBS AI Institute, where he leads executive workshops that empower leaders to apply emerging AI capabilities directly within their organizations.
Douglas has taught across leading institutions including Harvard, Columbia, Dartmouth, UC Irvine, and CUNY with a focus on applied machine learning, data science, and digital business strategy. He has advised global senior leaders on all continents and across industries including financial services, healthcare, media, telecommunications, consumer packaged goods, and energy.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles in new product development, corporate innovationm,
and clinical research.
