Head of Offensive Security CloudflareDoug “Shep” Shepherd is the Lead for Offensive Security and heads the red teaming, penetration testing, and physical intrusion practice in Cloudforce One REACT.
Doug brings 25+ years of tech/infosec experience to bear on difficult technical problems, with most of it being in the offensive security, insider threat/counterintelligence, and computer forensic arenas. Doug previously worked in the National Security Agency’s Tailored Access Operations division in an operations capacity, at Symantec as an investigative incident response lead, the senior security principal at TransUnion, and several additional technical leadership roles in the public and private sectors. He’s authored pieces on nation-state cyber espionage for Forbes, The Cipher Brief, TechTarget, and has been featured as a keynote speaker and panelist on the issues of insider threats in the public and private sectors.
