Diane Ma

Diane is a principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Life Science practice where she serves as the Life Sciences and Healthcare Finance practice leader.  She has spent the last 15 years specializing in the strategy, design, and execution of large-scale Finance Transformation programs.  Diane has a wide variety of client service experiences, ranging from Digital Finance and  Finance Operating Model to Global Shared Services and Financial Process Redesign.  Her focus is on the design of Finance functions to realize the benefits enabled by large scale technology transformations. Diane is a licensed CPA and holds an MBA.
