Dan Lemont is the Executive Director of Technology Strategy & Office of the CIO at Ally where he collaborates across Ally’s ecosystem to advance strategy, innovation, and operating model. During his 15 years at Ally, he has held a number of leadership positions across strategic programs, platforms, data, and infrastructure. Dan is a champion for talent and culture, sponsoring efforts to progress diversity, equity, and inclusion amongst Ally employees and communities. Before joining Ally, Dan started his career at Pfizer within their technology organization. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University and executive education at Stanford University.
