Claire Dickson

Claire was appointed Chief Digital and Technology Officer for Haleon in September 2024. She joined Haleon from FTSE-listed packaging business DS Smith where, as Chief Information Officer, she was accountable for building and deploying cyber secure and resilient operations across over 300 industrial facilities globally and delivering transformational business growth through digital and data capabilities in machine, energy, supply chain and customer experience.

Claire has over 25 years experience working in technology and was previously CIO for BP Downstream, where she executed a strategy to drive business value through IT excellence. She is passionate about emerging technologies, growing talent for the future and D&I.
