Claims Medical Record Digestion and Visualization

At The Hartford, claim handling staff manually analyze, review and process millions of medical records that we receive annually. This project enabled end-to-end automated extraction and display of data from these medical records, unlocking all data contained within them. Our creative solution resulted in saving time spent by claim staff and enabling them to provide a better overall customer experience through faster decision making.
