Chris Bruman is the chief data & analytics officer for Dow, leading the Enterprise Data & Analytics organization. Chris and his team oversee the management of Dow’s enterprise data and ensure information quality across the company. Focus on data literacy is an enabler of these objectives. He is also accountable for Dow’s efforts to harness data across platforms and enable artificial intelligence, machine learning and self-service analytics at scale to drive faster business decisions. Chris chairs Dow’s Data & Analytics Council, made up of senior business and functional leaders. The council is chartered to define and drive Dow’s data strategy enterprise wide.

In addition, Chris is the business unit CIO for Dow’s Industrial Intermediates and Infrastructure (II&I) portfolio, partnering with the II&I leadership team to advance their digital strategy. This includes identifying opportunities for innovation, growth and productivity while collaborating with the IT organization to match IT capabilities to business strategy and priorities.

Chris joined Dow’s IT team in 1990.
