At HBK Charlotte leads the Digital, Data and AI strategy for the organisation and heads up platform engineering services to R&D teams.

• Leading the development of target operating models across retail, leisure & hospitality and healthcare organisations
• Driving transformation and strategic implementation from new stores, to new technology or new services for businesses or integration as a result of M&A. All with a focus on outcome and value delivery
• Serving as Programme Director for the NHS Covid-19 vaccination programme across England, overseeing the mobilization of 1,000 new vaccination services in just 6 weeks, leading on national uptake modelling and behavioural insight
