Charlie Billings

Charlie Billings joined Professional Case Management / PCM Trials as Chief Information Officer in 2019.  He has over 25 years of information technology management experience.  At PCM, Mr. Billings built an award-winning team and transformed the IT platform to an integrated cloud-based digital architecture.  These systems have enabled PCM to scale efficiently and to expand internationally while achieving compliance with an array of healthcare and international regulations.

Before joining PCM, he was Chief Technology Officer at LT Trust Company.  There, he created a technology platform which allowed the company to scale to 10 times its original size through automation while building an IT department that achieved top compliance ratings from regulators.

Prior to LT Trust, Mr. Billings held IT Director positions at Fiserv, First Data, and Qwest Communications.  There, he led software development, software quality, program management, security and compliance teams.  He also played a leading IT role in several large mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Billings started his IT career with Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group, implementing large information systems.

Mr. Billings received his bachelor’s degree from Boston University and his master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
