Caroline Morissette

Caroline Morissette is Vice-President of Digital & Data at McCain as part of McCain’s IT Leadership team. She joined McCain in 2019. She has worked in digital transformation for nearly 10 years, across Commercial, Agriculture and Manufacturing functions. She has significant experience in both business lead roles and more than 5 years in technology development leadership roles.
Prior to McCain, Caroline was working at Syngenta AG, a global Agriculture company, as well as in strategy consulting.
At McCain, Caroline is responsible for shaping McCain’s strategy for digitizing McCain’s business processes as well as translating data to value. This is a multi-year transformation to bring new digital tools to all McCain employees and transform how data is consumed to create business value. Caroline’s key passion is how to transform data platforms in support of a more open architecture to collaborate with third parties and drive a more connected, data-enabled supply chain across growers, manufacturers, supply chain partners and customers.
Caroline is based in Toronto, ON, with her husband Bruno and her two children Livia and Isabel.
