
Bryan M. Sastokas is CITO of LA Metro providing technology oversight of an agency of nearly 11,000 employees that transports 1.4 million boarding passengers daily, riding on a fleet of over 2,000 clean-air buses and six rail lines.
Mr. Sastokas has been recognized nationally as one of the “Premier 100 IT Leaders” by Computerworld, he is the recipient of the State CIO of the year and Champion of Technology by the State of California and was named one of Government Technology’s “Top 25 Doers, Dreamers and Drivers”. Bryan is a respected member of the technology industry as a writer, speaker and thought leader on innovative technologies.
Bryan holds undergraduate studies in computer engineering from Pennsylvania State University, graduate studies in software engineering from Harvard University, master’s degree in management from Cambridge College and post graduate certificate in senior executive leadership from Georgetown University.
