He currently serves as the Director of Permanent Services for Robert Half Technology in Midtown, New York City. His career at Robert Half started in 2013 in a Technical Recruiter seat based in Philadelphia. He was promoted to a Recruiting Manager in 2014, then to a Division Director in 2015. After a great run in Philly, He began as the DPS for the Midtown team in January 2021, where his team focuses on the Direct Hire/Permanent Placement of IT professionals in the 5 boroughs and Long Island. Last year his team hit an All-time high in revenue for Technology in Midtown, a mark that was set in 2012. He believes in order to grow a sales organization, the key is bringing a fun and adaptive culture for all the employees. Training new hires efficiently and keeping up with market trends and flows is very important, especially in technology where there are new tools and tech stacks every year.
