Bernadette Wightman

Bernadette has extensive experience in digital technology and driving global business transformations. She is Chief Executive Officer, UK & Ireland at Iron Mountain, the global company specialising in information management, digital transformation and storage solutions. Prior to that was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Partners and Global Accounts at Genesys, a US business specialising in omni-channel customer experience and contact centre solutions, based in the UK. Her prior roles include Managing Director for BT Group’s banking and financial services business, and a 20 year career at Cisco, where she managed large global businesses and served as the President and CEO of Cisco Canada.

Bernadette was appointed to the board of Barclays Bank UK in 2022, where she serves as a non executive Director.
