Most recently, he led the creation of JLL’s next-generation AI-powered lease administration platform—delivering breakthrough accuracy and operational efficiency for more than 50,000 leases. His philosophy of actionable innovation also drives JLL’s APAC Property Management operating model, unifying diverse markets with a digital-first foundation for rapid and sustainable growth. By partnering with Databricks and Dealsumm, Andrew has helped set new industry standards in AI abstraction and data-driven process excellence. Andrew’s career is defined by global complexity and impact. At HSBC, he successfully guided the operational separation and seamless transition of 1.3 million client accounts across three continents during a major divestiture—navigating regulatory, technology, and risk challenges with precision. At Goldman Sachs, Andrew’s decade-long journey as a transformation leader saw him reengineer Capital Markets operations processes, outpace global processing benchmarks, and unify multi-country technology ecosystems, all while managing international teams and sizable change portfolios. A pioneer in AI, automation, and agile-at-scale, Andrew has authored JLL’s enterprise playbook, now fueling smarter and faster global delivery. His work in building robust cloud and data platforms and cultivating innovation across ecosystems—including partnerships with Databricks, SAP, and other leaders—has left an indelible mark on how organizations anticipate and adapt to rapid market change. Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Bath, an MSc in Information Systems, and a BA (Honours) in Humanities.
