As the Head of Apps & Devices at Surrey and Sussex Police, Andrew leads a team of 70+ colleagues in delivering innovative and user-centric solutions that enhance public safety and operational efficiency. Andrew has over 20 years of experience in financial services, including C-level roles in IT and change management, where he successfully attained a UK banking license, integrated multiple business acquisitions, and implemented a new operational resilience framework.
Andrew is also a mental health advocate, a diversity and inclusion champion, and an active member of several industry forums and networks. He enjoys connecting with other professionals who share his vision of creating a positive impact in the community through technology and innovation.
