Aldo Noseda is Vice President, Chief Information Officer for Eastman.

Noseda joined Eastman in August 2018. His responsibilities include the digital strategy of the company. He has led the activation of a comprehensive digital plan, including capabilities to better serve our customers, accelerate our innovation and improve our operations. In addition, Noseda has led the activation of new digital products to the market, enhancing Eastman’s portfolio offering.

Prior to joining Eastman, Noseda worked at Monsanto Company as Vice President of Information Technology, with responsibility across all commercial business units globally. In this role, he helped the company transform into a recognized digital leader in the industry. During his career at Monsanto, Noseda led various IT and non-IT functions with a broad set of global experiences.

Noseda serves on the Board of Directors at Ballad Health and is a member of the School of Business at St. Louis University, Executive Advisory Board. He also represented Monsanto as Director and Member of the Board of SVD S.A. (JV) and served on the board for The Center of Application for Information Technology (CAIT) at Washington University.

Noseda studied Information Systems and obtained his graduate degree in Information Systems Engineering at the National Technology University in Buenos Aires. He also completed an executive program in Business Administration from IAE University in Buenos Aires.
