Abhinaya Konduru

Abhinaya is a Partner at M25, where she focuses on pre-seed and seed-stage investments across the Midwest. She joined the firm nine years ago, shortly after graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in Finance and Mathematical Computer Science. She is a graduate of the Kauffman Fellows Program (Class 28). Her path into venture began with a YouTube interview series she created in college, highlighting local startup founders and building early connections in the ecosystem. Alongside sourcing and investing in early-stage Midwest companies, she leads M25’s internal AI efforts, building the workflows and tools the team runs on.
