ARN has celebrated gender diversity and recognised female excellence across the Australian tech channel since first launching WIICTA in 2012, acknowledging the achievements of a talented group of female front runners who have become influential figures across the local industry.
Note, only Australian-based individuals are eligible, with finalists and winners selected by an executive judging panel of business leaders from partner, vendor and distributor organisations. Companies are welcome to submit nominees for all categories – one candidate per award.
WIICTA Mentorship Program was launched last year – a half-day program designed to inspire and empower the next generation of women in tech. Held the morning before the Women in ICT Awards, it’s packed with leadership workshops, career development sessions, and networking opportunities. Tailored for graduates, early-career, and mid-level professionals, WIICTA Mentorship Program connects you with industry leaders and organisations ready to support your growth. You’ll also have the opportunity to take part in an exclusive mentoring session led by past WIICTA winners, gaining real-world advice and career inspiration.
