WIICTA Mentorship Program (formerly known as WIICTA+) launched in 2025 – a half-day program designed to inspire and empower the next generation of women in tech. Held the morning before the Women in ICT Awards, it’s packed with leadership workshops, career development sessions, and networking opportunities.
